• Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mail first and then contact us.

• We are shut for business from Christmas eve - 10th January 2023  so any orders placed during that time will be processed from 10th January 2023.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return please reply to your confirmation email. You will then need to send your product(s) back to us. We are not able to offer free postage for returns are we are a small business and we can’t absorb this cost at the moment.
